Before you can learn you need to understand, gather knowledge on a subject and see how it fits in your views and needs. Then you may experience what you just begun to understand, preferably together with a peer, coach, trainer or in a group. Then it is time to fail or succeed by experimenting yourself with what you've experienced. Or, better put, always succeed as there is as much to learn from failure as from success! And then, then you grow as you fully master what you have learned (ok, you may need a few iterations of experimenting). Once a master you will see what will be your next step, starting with understanding again.
